The Klik of the Month Klub meets right here on this very website on the third Saturday of every month at 4pm PDT for a two hour Klik & Play Showdown. Everyone who participates gets two hours to create something from scratch in Klik & Play. Abusing the stock objects is encouraged. If you really loathe Klik & Play you can use whatever game development platform you want. Two hours is a pretty tight time limit, though, so choose wisely!

Klik & Play is absolutely free to download, and learning it takes minutes, so everyone can get in on the action. Want to talk to your fellow Klikwreckers? Join us on IRC -- server irc.freenode.net, channel #glorioustrainwrecks. Join the mayhem!

I like my game more in theory than in practice. You use arrow to run, shift to jump, and press space to have the flower of your dreams throw you a lemon that will turn into a banana platform when it hits you. (If you get stuck on a bananaform, click to make it go away) Avoid the wasps (which are vulnerable to lemons) and the lizard (whic isn't)

Inspired by Eudaimon's platform builder, but didn't quite capture the charm.

I was sure your thing was a parody of that, all those bunnies in a club scenario, dancing in unison...

your sketch style really worked well.

Kuril showed up and made Death Of The Rock Collector.
And PizzaTime neglected to link his visually stunning yet infuriatingly difficult Highway Speed!

I neglected to link it

I neglected to link it because I was busy fleeing Nintendo's lawyers due to the amount of stolen NES music and effects I put in there.

I managed to get some time to go back and change the difficulty from "8-bit" to "possible". And I dropped the amount of points needed to change the game over music from 500 to 240.

geekish, vaguely obsessive, interest in the organization of info

Just to let my geekish, vaguely obsessive, pseudo-asperger's interest in the organization of information for future reference show:

A. So this IS a KotM#3 specific thread? Should it / will it be renamed as such? (I dunno why it bothers me so much that it ain't... see my opening sentence I guess)
B. Would you consider mirroring the results of KotM here? I really hate looking over sites that have their content linked all over creation because of the linkrot that always happens. Hell, right now I'm reluctant to refactor my 100-in-1 work from the poorly chosen "temp" URL I posted it at.
With a few glorious exceptions, I don't think the diskspace usage (or the bandwidth for that matter) should get out of hand.

When I was in college, a friend got this game. I'm not a big video gamer, or a big fan of crazy peripherals, or a big player of platform video games, but this game is super fun.
