Bubsy in Yoshi's Island

So, I think it's the time to present my first trainwreck that I did back on 2007 when I got my hands on Multimedia Fusion 2.

So, it's Bubsy in Yoshi's Island, that's what! It's a unique combination of breakout and pinball physics for main character, as you have to deal with it!

I could think that I made this game when Glorious Trainwrecks existed, but I could be wrong, since I started working on this since Summer 2007, but I hadn't submitted here until now. It only begs me to start another trainwreck...

I find it absolutely

I find it absolutely hilarious that this is a breakout game where the ball can suddenly decide to lose all vertical momentum, leaving you impotently bouncing the ball for minutes at a time with no way to hit the bricks. Modern day equivalent of the old "bounce back and forth with no variation for twenty seconds" behavior of default bouncing ball movement arkanoid games.

I have played SO MANY

I have played SO MANY breakout games made in Klik, and none of them had the decency to include a button to get the ball unstuck.

And then I played that one weird TecnoballZ game and noticed that it had similar "ball gets stuck bouncing back and forth" behavior, only you could actually "nudge" the balls every so often.

And then I made fun of TecnoballZ.
