This is the "action RPG" version of a Phoenix Wright game. I knew nothing about this character or the 'courtroom drama game' genre until I played this.
There were no localization jokes (which is something of a trademark for these games: being developed and released in Japan first and then brought to the USA with text changes but the same artwork, so even a traditional Japanese courtyard could be called "Central Park" in the US-localized version), but using the text for "HOLD ON!" and especially "OBJECTION!" made this game totally over the top.
Fighting the judge/boss at the end was great.
I received a message that I wasn't "lucky enough" to fight the hidden bosses, but maybe if I played this a few more times I would eventually face off against characters from the Resident Evil series (another in-joke for Phoenix Wright fans).

Bizarre, entertaining, and worth a play or two.
