Dumas Party - In Glorious HD!

Felt like making this, dunno why. About a hundred instances of El Loco Dumas (Yellow Runner) jog across your screen while pulsing up and down to upbeat music and a seizure-inducing background. Requires hardware-accelerated DirectX 8 and a screen resolution over 1280x800. If too many people are on cobweb-collecting antiques can't run the demo, guess I'll upload a less extravagant software-rendered version. Made using MMF2.

P.S. Hold Spacebar for more Dumas (over 500!).

Edit: Holy crap, the image is so wide that it breaks the layout. Oops.

I saw that, and I really wanted to look at all the demos, but the download gives a 403. I could download the results thing, though.

Try it again -- it should

Try it again -- it should work now. Drupal was doing something totally baffling and blocking all files of the form "*Entries.*", looks like.

Can MMF2 create

Can MMF2 create screensavers?

(I have attached a screenshot of qrleon's excellent ANSI jogger portrait from MarMOTS for no particular reason.)

Screensaver capability was

Screensaver capability was introduced with TGF. With MMF 1.5, they added the ability to have a custom screensaver setup dialog (you pick which frame should be used).

Edit: Not sure if it's 100% compatible with HWA yet, as that feature is still in beta.

Edit2: Yep, works! Even displays correctly in the screensaver preview! Gonna make a screensaver build real quick.

Edit3: Finished! Took a bit longer, so that I could add a couple enhancements (namely, the scroller and... something else). Included in this new version is both standalone and the screensaver, which has a nice little settings dialog. If you want to adjust settings for the standalone version, right-click the screensaver .scr and choose Configure. Install by throwing the .scr into C:\Windows.
