This is something that I totally did in the 90s with a copy of "Shoot 'Em Up Construction Kit" on an Amiga 1200.
I copied the Bill Gates sprite from a Windows 3.1 easter egg screen. I drew it pixel by pixel on graph paper, to be reconstructed using SEUCK joystick-based editing. Ah, memories.
