I have changed the link to directly link to the program, and it turns out IE for windows past XP plays the music fine while no other browser does. So yeah, it looks like ie-based and firefox-based the music works, and loops.. and can be stopped. There's no normalization/eq and though it's not horrible, some tracks appear louder than others. That's just how the encoding works.
