Loved going through this! I liked how each room was its own visual composition. The giant player sprite was really cool also. It makes me want to try the new versions of RPG Maker. Honestly this is giving me ideas for what I want to do next!

I was surprised how easy VX

I was surprised how easy VX made it. I just dumped the photos in straight from my camera, then just imported them into the right folders, assigned them to maps in the database and that was it! No resizing or colour indexing or anything like I think it would've taken in 2000/3
