The frantic quality of the dancing figure, like they are urgently chasing any clue of inspiration and then jogging in place with willingness was more affecting for me than the pejoratives. In my personal process, I can easily learn to love "crap", but the struggle of being so desperate and motivated, but lacking any thoughtfulness or appreciation in the moment is something I used to struggle with a lot.
