sequel to a sequel: pretty colour invader rally 3d *2*!!!!

pcc3d2.png

So I wasn't 100% happy with my KotMK entry, so I updated it...
now the invaders stay upright, and oriented towards the "player", and they have grey outlines, and the "chase cursor" is a bit different... now x+y axis is changed when you move the mouse, and x+z when you move the mouse with the button held down. Plus the chase box is a white box rather than a red dot

again, more of a toy than a game....

EAT FOOD super deluxe

Game File:

As the title suggests, your goal is simply to Eat Food. It's not as easy as you might think. Is this a meditation on chronic irritable bowel conditions? Music courtesy of Nosoapradio.us.

Wolfeinstein 3D

wolftitle.jpg

So i'm too lazy to bother with making games for the original,
and i rather just attempted to remake the whole thing in flash with hardware rendering and whatnot,
but i was too lazy to make 3D models for the nazis (let alone animate anything)
so there you have it
(also i couldn't bother to make levels: they are all random generated)

Update: lot of graphic fixes, some gameplay fixes

Easter in November event

Mon, Oct 18 2021 07:52 PM
10/18/2021 - 19:52
11/30/2021 - 19:52
Etc/GMT-7

Update: extended it to easter 2022 (I got a problem putting together my own entry,
and figured it might be ready by then)
Update update: restored old date (on second thought nevermind, this was a silly idea)

I don't know about you but I miss the old mailing system or "snail" mail as it is now called
a big thing that everyone felt they had to do was to send mail to every
known extended family member during the holidays
but this came with the obvious problem: what to write them?

Enter the solution: premade greeting cards for every holiday possible,
they usually looked pretty and all you had to do was to sign them
some modern ones even played music scaring the wits out of unsuspecting inlaws

as some time passed and computers become good enough (still in the pre-internet days) some companies even made
digital version of the greetings card complete with fancy animations, often sacrificing entire floppies for it

greeting cards are still a thing today but they lost plenty of steam compared to their early counterparts
nowadays they are pretty boring usually just some boring flowers and some comic sans mumbo jumbo.. meanwhile I yet to see an early victorian eastern greeting card that is not depicting pure chaos:

you might say this is all well and dandy but its not exactly time for easter yet!
one reason for making this event now is that I feel the weirdness of easter kind of escapes us at eastern time
and looking at it from far we might more appreciate the madness

(and also why not combine it with Halloween themes? making things even crazier )

also this is not a strictly greeting card event
anything goes: games, comics, katelabs maps, doom maps .. etc

Ten Tonnes of Carbon Landing On Your Head

carbon.PNG
Game File:

This is a game about things falling on your head. Here is a quote from a recent review on that amazing games journalism site Destructoid:

"Ten Tonnes of Carbon Landing On Your Head is so incredibly atmospheric and innovative, and sets the standard for all gaming ever. Indie games are gay lol" - Jim Sterling.

Press left and right to dodge.

PROBABLY DON'T PLAY THIS IF YOU HAVE FITS TRIGGERED BY FLASHING LIGHTS

Another breakanoid thing. This time it's a an adventure game! Explore the Metroid-like area with the help of frustrating RC controls, and luck!

Improvements I have in mind:

" Add ability to determine when ball is fired, and in what direction
" More rooms
" More interesting scenery
