When I first saw screenshots of Walkerton, I didn't actually believe that it was a Klik & Play

game, but it is! Eagerly, I downloaded it and loaded up the game, and was very impressed at what I saw. So let's join Squadron 128 in their battle to defeat alien attackers and save the human race. Oh, and get Walkerton's stash of Doritos back!
The first thing you'll notice when you start to play are the incredible graphics! One person said, "It looks as though David Willis has stolen cells of animation from Disney!"
Now that's a complement! But quite true. The animation on all characters is fantastic.
But, I hear you cry, "Good Graphics Do Not a Good Game Make." Well don't worry, as there's buckets of gameplay too! Walkerton is quite an agile chap and can whip out his gun at a moment's notice. The only problem is at times Walkerton can be a little fiddly and get stuck between obstacles, or his shooting may be slower than normal or even stop in the middle of shooting.
Another great element is the many different styles of play. For Level One you are piloting a Stealth Bomber, picking off alien craft. Then it's on foot in platform/shoot-em-up action!
The game itself isn't too hard to complete, but is so much fun that you'll want to play again and again. Also included are Bonus Games hidden away, which adds greatly to the lifespan.
The music is exremely catchy and tuneful. The theme itself is great to listen to, and is cleverly reworked and used in most of the songs.

All in all, Walkerton is a great game that will keep you entertained for hours on end!

GRAPHICS 94%	Some of the best done with Klik & Play, and superbly animated.
MUSIC 92%	Clever style suits the game perfectly. But be warned, you can't get the theme tune out of your head!
SFX 90%	Sounds well designed. Clear and loud speech.
GAMEPLAY 87%	Brilliant! Lots of different styles that should please everyone. At times a Walkerton is a little fiddly and awkward.
LASTABILITY 94%	Even after completion, Walkerton won't leave your hard drive!
OVERALL 93%	An excellent game. Get this or you'll be missing something special!
