fan database

This is the game page, well one of the game pages

Yo, check it. This is Darth Katana, supervisor and head editor of the new Videogame Fandatabase, and now I'm going to create my very own games page. This one will contain mostly games made with Clickteam's products. Anyway, if you want fan-made works based on less recent classic games, check eXtended Player and Cyberhick's games page. I, however, have more games based on 16-bit gems, and some that are very loosely on the subject at the end. Enjoy yourselves, now.

Note: Some of these games may not be listed, because perhaps the author deleted them from where I found them, or I can't find them anymore, or I'm just too lazy to find them. In that case, don't fret. The missed games weren't that important anyway.

A Game With A Kitty - This is a cute game I downloaded for my mom, who loves videogames as much as I do. It's really cute, and if you like Mario or perhaps even Metroid, you'll love it as well.

Aqua Jet - Based on a Nintendo Entertainment System game, but set in the water, this game exceeded my expectations. It is so good, for awhile it was the high-point of my life. It is so much amazing fun, with good graphics and decent functionality. "Worth a look" is an understatement.

Astroids - Based on one of the best classic games of all-time, Asteroids, this game will not let you down, either. The graphics aren't as good as the likes of Aqua Jet, besides the meteorites that Clickteam created, but it's like enhanced Asteroids. Every fangame should have the qualities it has.

Blimpo Warrior - This game is based on Dragon Warrior, it is really fun and really funny. The best part is when you walk into the bar and the bartender insists that Joe drink "Dudweiser". I also like the remark about Papa Smurf. It also introduces the Slimes, cute little water drops.

Blimpo Warrior 2 - The sequel to Blimpo Warrior, with a battle system, charming voice acting, and so much more. It's not only an rpg, but also a platformer, puzzle, "Dance Dance Revolution" game, etc. This is one of the best games on my hard drive, and I'm sure you'll agree.

Chicken Invaders - Space Invaders, with chickens!

Furballs - Perhaps I'm only listing this because of I'm in love with this game series, but the creator Spram has mentioned a similarity between the pc game and the Commodore 64, game, so hey, I'm covered. Moreover, this is one of the greatest games of the franchise. Throw tomatoes to confront the culprit, surely from the evil Blimpo Army! A must for any fan of classic gaming.

Furballs Zero - The original Furballs, the name coming from "Earthbound Zero", lol. In it a trip to the beach turns into a quest into the evil world of the Blimpo Army, to stop a mysterious series of crimes.

GBMario Endless! - I know most of you (not me) hate clones of the Super Mario Bros. series, but this game is entirely different. Coming from the same branch as Free Lunch Design's Icy Tower, jump platform to platform with a simple mission, beat the highscore! This game is alot more fun that it sounds.

Hard Hat: The Rebellion - I've yet to play this game, actually.

Hyper Quadrant - Well, it doesn't exactly belong here (eXtended Player is going to be so mad), but it's based on the hit Verge game "4four". That isn't exactly a classic game, well, in quality it is, but not in age. So, already? That too, but there is music from an old Commodore 64 game, that counts!

Mario Forever - This is a perfect clone of the first "Super Mario Bros." game, the only inaccuracies being improvements. Everything about it is truly amazing. It shows the full potential of Clickteam products.

Mario's Rescue - Don't be set off by the level maps, that look like a twister hit them, but in itself the game is very fun, and Mario's personality from the DiC cartoon is portrayed perfectly. My favorite levels are the ones set underwater. You'll notice, too, that Bowser acts alot like he does in "Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga".

Metroid Ripped Worlds - Wow! I've never played a Metroid clone like this before, definitely not. You go into the world of different games, such as Mario and Sonic, and when you do the music and explosions change to match the game that's making a cameo appearance. It's almost as fun as Shroomlock's other Metroid game.

Mini Metroid - This is one of the best Metroid clones ever, it is so amazingly fun. It was actually created for a toddler, and for us older people it's fun to see the best highscore we can get.

Pac-Man Puzzle Thing - Puzzle Thing is the perfect example of a good Pac-Man clone. Every downloadable or online Java Pac-Man clone should have a level editor and special enhancements, and this game does it perfectly. I enjoy the crazy fonts and whatknot, that give the game a twist.

Quest Maker - Create your own text-based role-playing games!

Radically Rad - A hilarious game, but why is it here? Well, first off, I love this game, and secondly, I'm trying to find my excuse right now. Well, it's like "WarioWare" and most people consider that a long-lived game franchise by now, right? Well, that goes against what we at Videogame Fandatabase represent, but, look, it's funny, and hard to play with people breathing down your neck, and not because it's hard. With that said, I'll warn you that this game is rated M, for shooting bossoms with the word "Hey!" and cussing profusely.

Sonic Chaos Planet - A very accurate Sonic clone, but a little confusing.

Sonic Smash - Another pretty fun Sonic clone, it does all sorts of crap to my computer whenever I try to play it, just a warning, but it's very fun. The Sonic the Hedgehog engine for Multimedia Fusion doesn't work well with The Games Factory, so making this one must've been really hard.

SonicDIY - It's one of the most popular games at The Daily Click, and it shows. You can create your own Sonic the Hedgehog games with it and run them. This game emphasizes one of the best types of clones on the internet, those that give you the option to make your own game.

Star Wars: Corusaunt Attack - A "Space Invaders" clone with "Star Wars" characters!

Steel Chariots - This game bears a similarity to "Battlezone". This game has affected my life in a really great way, just like any other game by Imagination Works. You can, like with many great games, edit the levels.

Super Mario Bros: Blue Twilight DX - A special Mario game for Halloween. I usually hate everything that comes out for a holiday more than two days prior to the actual holiday, but this game is very, very fun. If it were a Game Boy game, I'd buy it! It's like classic Mario games, modern Mario games, with stunts like those in "Sonic & Knuckles".

Super Mario Rampage 2 - Warning! Another game that's hilarious! Another warning! Another game that would be given a hard T or an easy M! Mario's tired of jumping on top of Koopas, so he buys a rifle. This game is full of bloody violence, it's so funny, and way harder than "Radically Rad"!

Super Smash Bros. Classic - I've actually seen a game like this in pictures, it said "SSB Classic, who needs graphics?" and this is a good chance to play it. Though the general audience liked it as much as Jar Jar Binks (one of my favorite Star Wars characters), I, though I have a tendency to like everything other people loathe, highly recommend it. You can even play as Megaman, whoo!

The Emeralds Awakening - Another awesome game clone!
