GOOFS

On the close-ups, we always see Blackeye with a studded patch overhis right eye.  However, during gameplay modes, he NEVER has his patchon! When Guybrush first enters Walker's office, he mentions "Sorry aboutthe mess."  I forgot to draw the mess, so it makes absolutely no sensenow.
Back then, ships were very well-built; even the wooden ones.  While it may be possible that the Iron Shark could destroy a wooden ship by ramming it, it could not cut through the structure like butter. Filling a hare with helium will most likely kill it than make it fly.
When Guybrush is left idle, either in gameplay or during a cutscene, he appears to 'float around' (the image is in a different position in each frame of animation).

BUGS

Because the game was originally designed on a 486, the animations move at 10 X the original speed on faster computers making some cut-scenes incomprehensible or ill-timed. In Part 2, after getting back on the ship, you have to find a wayto eavesdrop on Jan and Blackeye.  The original puzzle involves usinga plunger to pull open the porthole to overhear their conversation.  However, all you need to do is enter the cabin and leave to activate thesolution. Oops!
In Part 2, the CRA card accidentally winds up in your inventory after your get the supplies. A line of dialogue does not make it into the sequence in which Guybrush actually receives the card.
