A dishonest puzzler

dishon pic 2.PNG

A "puzzle" game based around trial and error and being unfair and unintuitive. There could be an invisible button you have to press, a wall that is fake and lets you pass through it or a glitch you have to find that lets you fall through the floor. You wont know if any of these are the right answer until you try them.

I used art that I made 6 months ago so i'm sorry for the quality but I couldn't be bothered making new art.

If the game lags or is running slow try to use the shaderless version. if not don't play the shaderless version because that's not the intended experience.

TRAIN WRECK

tile.png

Enjoy a thrilling trot in the shoes of a strange creature along the tops of the freight train to Altoona. Many say that the creature that rides the rails will surely lead to ruin. Perhaps, but it knows no other way to exist. Try not to trip and crash into any of the horrifying tears in reality as your all-important score scrolls higher and higher.

YOU CAN ONLY DIE 80 TIMES

itch.png

Dear You,

You have incurred my fearsome wrath!

Love,

Nummer, supreme wizard

Cursed by the fearsome wrath of the supreme wizard Nummer to become immortal, you try to defy this annoyance by making yourself only able to die 80 more times. But the kicker is, you brought this on yourself, first by ruining her spaghetti dinner one time, and later mis-casting your spell to break out of her curse, reducing your immortality to being able to die only 80 times. To top it all off, you are on the way home and stuck in the Field Corridor, a dangerous zone. Your only help now is the fact that you can safely die 80 times, but keep in mind that it is only 80 times that you can die! If that wasn't bad enough, every time you do die, up to the limit of 80, your grasp of reality will be shaken dramatically by the withering curse of supreme wizard Nummer!

Oh Man Go Time Gaiden: Gaiden

omgtgg.png

A spin-off based on a few of the rooms in Healy's Oh Man Go Time Gaiden, which was itself a spin-off of my level Oh Man Go Time. Angry Sonata, also by Healy, was another source of inspiration.

Basically, I wanted to submit three games in a row with gaiden in the title.

Special thanks to Fabien Porée's mysterious friend for making the data corrupter I used for some of the graphics.

Originally made for Klik of the Month Klub #57, but transplanted into Pirate Kart V.

Imported - You Must Glitch To Beat This Game

YMGTBTG-Preview.png

Imported from Developer Diaries. Visit the link to download the game and see all old comments.

Original description:
--------------------

To be honest, I'm not really sure if an idea like this has been done before, but anyways...

This is a trainwreck I did a couple months ago, but for some reason neglected to post on here. In each level, you must figure out how to reach the exit, but there's a catch - to do so, you must abuse some glitch or oddity in Klik & Play's built-in platform movement. Each screen requires you to make use of another bug, and there are ten screens in total. Think you can do it?

If anyone else knows about some glitch that I failed to cover in this game, let me know. I think it would be great to add an extra screen or two to the game!

Furthermore, if you're stuck on a specific screen, I might be able to poke you in the right direction.
