If there's one thing I learned from the MIT Mystery Hunt it's that I like Game James a lot better. A HELL of a lot better.

Actually this extends to like board games. I'm not very competitive, I'd rather not play and stay safely in my ego cocoon than risk proving my freinds smarter than me, but I love creativity based games like Pictionary and/or Scattegories and all that lightweight stuff.

I think I made this as a warm up game for Global Game Jam 2012? It chronicles the adventures of the titular dino detective as he solves his most treacherous case yet! It's really short! I think it made someone laugh at the event, so that's something.

The time is right... for making videogames! The Timezone Lottery Klik Jam happens on the first Saturday of every month, at a time chosen randomly by our top-of-the-line numerical hour-choosing machines. This month, it takes place at 5:30 am UTC. Whenever that time rolls around for you, you have two hours to make a game!

How can I possibly make a game in that short a timespan, you gasp? There are many game-making tools available, but the most ludicrous and welcoming of all is Klik & Play. If you want to give K&P a shot, we have a Learning KNP FAQ available, as well as some advice on making it work on modern machines.

Making games is its own reward, but it can be much, much more rewarding when you're doing it with friends. To get the most out of this worldwide internet game jam, come talk with everyone on IRC. It's a great way to share this awesome experience, and get quick help when things aren't going right. Our server is irc.freenode.net, and our channel is #glorioustrainwrecks.

Hustlin and Huggin, catered to this event, formally known as code name punkyspark, showcases what I know up to now.over a dosen frames but a little more laid back in this release, this one Celebrates jazz traditions and invites you to go out and listen to your favorite jazz. You can also press Q if you want to to put your own jazz in with the game .. W resumes the music. The rest of the directions are in-game but are to be unlocked or discovered as knowing directions is a big advantage. I'm quite proud of this one. mouse and arrow keys for movement and left click for some triggering too. good luck!

I edited the animated gif screenshot to make it slower so it isn't as scary. Screenshot of course doesn't quite define the game. I'll attach a couple more screenshots at the bottom. Everyone enjoy, it's my biggest work yet. Let the music take over or quiet it up for your own beats.

Edit: I think this one might need more documentation. There are some things here that are missing. Not in the game, I think everything in the flash object was executed nicely.. Maybe more screenshots.. I've got some ideas, it might be a little bit to really get it to take off.
