What happens underneath your skin, in the big city? Bloodstains fight. Causing more bloodstains. It's a 9.5-second fight to the death.
Undead Death 95.
This is a 2 PLAYER GAME, made in about 2 hours in Scratch after my twitter bot generated the title and I thought it'd make a good game concept for Underneath the Sidewalk mayhaps.
audio from Wolf Eyes
uuuummmm, this is more than 2 hours. maybe it was 8 hours. i made it in Scratch. you're a drug dog. also, there's a drone music mode for staring at a line of people.
it's a flash file. SCRATCH, i love it.
MOON MUMMIES AKA NUCLEAR MATADOR SUMMONER, an entry into the WEIRD GAME MARATHON 1.
You are ace pilot, LISA BLASTARR, charged by CORPORAL GARY to save the Earth from certain destruction! Summon the NUCLEAR MATADOR to stop the TAURUS CONSTELLATION from crashing into our planet! Stop the MOON MUMMIES and their naughty leader, CLIFTON FIREHORSE!
Used a few KNP sprites to bring this game to life, and only a few of my own. The character portraits are from party favours from my birthday party years ago. I did the male character voices while Dr. Larson did the voice for Blastarr. Music by playonloop.com and sound effects made with BFXR.
I admit this game is more a vehicle for the cutscenes to exist. It was incredibly fun to make.
It's over 7.5MB in size, so even though it's a Flash file it still may take a minute to load. My apologies.
EDIT: fixed up the ending so if you are defeated then the game won't take forever and a day to end properly (I hope). Anyone else with bug reports, please share.
"THANK YOU FOR PLAY!"
This isn't actually a game made for a GT event, but I wanted to post it here anyway. It's suitably small, easy to pick up, and worth a play or two.
You need to collect six cog-like pieces of a watch before you're out of time or the Red Spirits have destroyed you. Collect the six pieces and then move to the exit (it looks like a green globe).
You can adjust a handful of variables (and thus the difficulty of completing it) on the Options screen. Use the ARROW KEYS and either SPACEBAR or ENTER KEY to do stuff.
Have fun with it! And thanks for your indulgence with this non-GT submission. :)
It's been a long time since I'd made a game for GT; here's my homecoming. It's great to be back.
Today, in MANIC SWORD MAN:
You are Jimmy James. Your book has been translated into Japanese, and then that translation was translated back into English. The results were less than satisfactory.
Take out your frustration by chopping up as many of the books as you can. Wade through the wreckage with the ARROW KEYS.
Inspired by my partner's love for the old television show News Radio. Title and game mechanics from the Video Game Name Generator website. Some sounds made with the free application bfxr, while others were made with my voice and a crappy dictaphone recorder. SDK was MMF2.

UPDATES: Description and game updated to fix typos. Cheers to thesycophant for fact-checking.
a short game about Love in all its forms.
Beloved is about love. It's about honesty, and making your way through a world full of obstacles.
Guide the lovers to the Love Repository, where they can find happiness in union.

Stuck in a monochrome world, you must avoid confrontation with the silent mime inhabitants or face the imaginary consequences! Mimes will follow you and throw apples at you if you get too close. See how long you can last in this super realistic mime-avoiding simulation game!

An experiment in asymmetrical co-op. Originally made for the 0h game jam, I spent another 45 minutes clearing up the most egregious playability issues.
