A little time ago I started thinking about a stealth game where enemies would track you by sense of smell. This turned into a silly prototype where actually the enemies just have a larger collision radius and move in fixed paths, so it's not even really a "stealth" game. You control the last truffle on earth (trust me, I looked at several pictures of truffles to try to get it right, if it looks like something else that's my lack of skill...) trying to avoid the pigs that can detect you if you get too close. Anyway, it was already on ice so, why not add it to this event... I just added some screens (title, game over) and another "level".
Just type the text from the left side into the right side. Yes, you can win.
Battle the slimes. Death is nonexistent.
I have no idea if anyone will see this. I keep on forgetting about the forums.
Anyways, I do a monthly gallery walking sim thing, and this month's show is about horses! It's an open invitation, and the goal is to be done by 1 August 2017 (lol).
If you're interested, here's what you can do!
♥ images to be looked at in a gallery space (whether it's a purely digital work or a photo of a physical piece)
♥ images as texures
♥ gifs or tiny short videos can be used
♥ 3d models (.blend preferred, but I hear .fbx works well, too)
♥ haikus that I will make into 3D text
♥ other suggestions
I'm using Unity for this, but I also would like to include files that exist outside of that, too—so everything will be in a .zip file. Here are examples:
♥ Text file (short story, ASCII drawings, etc.)
♥ webpages (.html files)
♥ Other games!! (bitsy, twine, etc.)
♥ Pages or templates for people to print and use (i.e., horse activity pages, cardboard horse templates)
♥ Whatever else
You can PM me here and I'll give you my e-mail address!
Past examples are here: http://woofwoof.life
The Klik of the Month Klub meets right here on this very website on the third Saturday of every month at 4pm Pacific Time (taking daylight savings into consideration) for a two hour Klik & Play Showdown. Everyone who participates gets two hours to create something from scratch in Klik & Play. Abusing the stock objects is encouraged. If you really loathe Klik & Play you can use whatever game development platform you want. Two hours is a pretty tight time limit, though, so choose wisely!
Klik & Play is absolutely free to download, and learning it takes minutes, so everyone can get in on the action.

After you've made your game, you should upload it here!

I made something! It's mostly unplayable but full of heart! Kinda!
Use the arrow keys to move, press the left mouse button to paralyse enemies with the power of your mind, then click and drag their lifeless bodies so you can climb your way to the top!
Update: this converter is now built into Twine 1.4 (in the "Import Compiled HTML file" menu item), so this page is no longer necessary.
Someone on my Twitter feed reported that they'd lost the source code of a Twine game of theirs, and wanted to know if they could convert the HTML back to a usable format. So, I decided to quickly knock up a utility that could do that. Here it is - it extracts the passages from a HTML twine game and converts them to Twee source code, which Twine can import using the "Import Source Code" menu option. I hope it works for you.

I was disappointed with my other entry for this Knytt of the Month, so I made another one. I'm a lot more pleased with this one, but be warned, it's still really short.
