Yo, what's up Glorious Trainwrecks?!

So, there was that "Klik and Play Marathon: The Final Laps" event.
FirecatFG and I made 42 short games!
Each of these games were made in about 15 or so minutes!

This exe has all the games that were posted in Klik and Play Marathon.
It also has a few games that I wanted to save for this huge file.
There's an interactive overworld for selecting all the games!
There's a password screen!
There's a huge text file with all the controls for each game and different hints.
Ask us questions if you want!

Enjoy!

This is really excellent!

This is really excellent! I'm glad you put this much effort into compiling the games. I love the title screen. I have a lot more to play, though...

Thanks! I'm glad I took your suggestion and made it! I wanted to make a compilation, but I didn't just want to have a zip file full of MMF2/KnP files, you know, that's boring and has been done. I also wanted it to be specific to this site and the game's content, but didn't want it to be like a ghettoshamrock game where you have to play a bunch of seemingly random things in an order because ghetto's already done that and I don't want to tread.

I got kinda into Kangaroo

I got kinda into Kangaroo Accountant Turbo. I counted 61 kangaroos before dying of exhaustion. I missed one though. Really it was 62 if we are accounting.

Neat collection of games! I

Neat collection of games! I wish the game selection were a bit easier - the games move too fast, get shuffled quickly, and the race car movement on a four-directional sprite makes things a bit annoying.

I love the annoying menu.

I love the annoying menu. All movement speed is tied to the player's, so it's you that's moving too fast, not the games!

I do wish it kept track of completed games between sessions, though.

me too!

I had the game running overnight, and this morning I had just 4 games left. Then, I accidentally closed the window while I was trying to click on something! major bummer!

Anyway, this was really cool. It inspired me. I think I might run the marathon, but with rpg maker.

Major bummer!

Oh! Major bummer!

If you made an RPG Maker marathon event I'd totally learn RPG Maker and participate!

that's a really cool idea!

The only thing is that there are some quirks in RPG Maker which would make it a big hassle to combine all the games into one. But maybe there's a way to make it work. I'll think about it because I think it would be really cool to contain all the games into one large rpg-style town.

edit: Actually, I did some experimenting and it really won't be too bad to merge a bunch of small games together. I want to do this! My idea is to make a short 'practice-round' event to let people get familiar with RPG maker. I'll probably make it last for about a week or so. Let me know if you're still into this, because I think it'll be fun!
