someone goes to the store and has a crisis of faith

So I'm happily making a "proper" game for the kart (not a short joke/parody crap) in KnP and suddenly all my motivation gets killed.

I try to make a Cybernoid-like maze/shoot'em-up game with ship exploring a maze. The thing is, I can't make a setting which won't kill ship's movement after colliding with maze's walls. I tried different settings, as an obstacle, platform, make the ship bounce away nothing works.

I beg you, if you've got time, please take a look in the workfile and tell me what I did wrong. The ideal testing place is the first chamber.

A: They are not a person, they are a thing: a large pack of samples gifted to me by one "shengly!" Also, no they can not be a culprit because; see first part of this answer.

A bunch of colourful sprites that were rejected by various videogame projects have banded together to star in their own game, which they've called "Nitty Gritty". Time to fire up that minigun, Nitty!

Z or Space - let 'er rip
Arrows - slip and weave

There are 17 opponent sprites. If one of them slips past the bottom of the screen, it may evolve into a new form and reappear later in the game. Exactly 8 of them are capable of evolving... some of them more than once.

After the game ends, you see a roll call of all the soundly defeated sprites.

This game is very simple. A dispenser releases a finite supply of balls. The longer you bounce the balls, the more points you gain when they vanish off the bottom of the screen. On each bounce, the ball's point value increases by the number of times it has already bounced - so repeatedly bounced balls can, after a while, become very lucrative indeed.

You have 1024 balls and have to get as high a score as you can with them. What's the most profitable way to do so? I'm not sure. Work it out yourself.

Use the mouse to move the paddle.

i ended up spending longer than i had intended to on this game due to a combination of sheer laziness and a lack of any real programming talent! a lot of things are broken, and i would have liked to have made more levels/not so haphazard levels. oh well! i do hope that you enjoy this game!! i did have fun making certain parts of it!
