Use your mouse to control the speed of the fire. Every time fire strikes a Globa (those flashing squares) you lose points. Every time a Globa makes it the far side of the screen, you gain points.
Everyday I like to compose tiny little midi tracks for fun, but I don't feel like uploading it on soundcloud. So i'll post them here, maybe updating it daily
Note: the chronological order is from top to bottom (that is to say, the newer ones are at the bottom of the list. check them out first (the older ones are terrible to an extent that I don't want anyone listening to them))

Now that the Pirate Kart II is finally out in the world, I've been able to find time once again for MarMOTS; the greatest telnet-based collaborative ANSI art editor and game engine EVER WRITTEN!
I'm still super-excited about MarMOTS even though there are so few people using it (basically me and qrleon, and I don't ever draw anything). And I've decided it's high time to start letting people make stuff besides pictures. Thus I have begun the implementation and design of the scripting language* and its editor! No screenshots yet, unfortunately, but rest assured I'm plugging away. If you have any ideas for textmode games that you might be interested in building in MarMOTS, please feel free to talk about them in the comments and I can make sure that the language comfortably supports your use.
In the meantime, I've deployed a new version of MarMOTS that features line wrapping in more places, like text entry, and "buttons". No more typing off the edge of the screen when chatting, or worrying about making a picture whose name is too long!
* possible names for the scripting language (please vote or supply more suggestions in the comments):
Lasertopia is a delightful romp in a world made entirely of lasers: some good, some bad, and some just plain ugly. Jump, run, collect. Die by lasers.
I made a game about a guy in a clown suit that has a bomb inside it that will explode if the clown were to stop.
So it's Speed 2 but with a clown instead of a boat.
Made in about 2.5 hours, since I haven't touched KnP in over 10 years, and I apparently forgot everything about it. I didn't know where I should put the file, and I didn't think it would be fair to sneak it in to the next Klik of the Month. Run back and forth and get hamburgers to go faster, and don't get hit by buses.
I had a bit of trouble with the built in movement systems. It seems if the maximum speed for anything goes over 127, the object will freak out and stop in the middle of the screen. Problem is, if you get stuck like that in this game, you immediately lose, since stopping for a split second will kill you.
Uh, yeah. I don't know. Have fun.

Here is a little game about a glitch. Enjoy.
Move with arrows, jump with z.
(There was going to be sound, but I hit a glitch. Ironic)
ZZTV is a community project started by Dark FLR in 1998. ZZTers can create and contribute channels, which are small ZZT worlds that can contain any kind of content the author wishes: previews of upcoming games, artwork, minigames, stories, etc... These channels are traditionally given names that begin with the "#" symbol (e.g., "#bakedcheese"). All of the channels are sent to the person in charge of ZZTV; the project leader is then responsible for compiling the contributions into a series of volumes and releasing them to the public. ZZTVs are done at the rate of about one per year. Each ZZTV is numbered; for example, the current ZZTV-in-progress is ZZTV11. The person in charge of ZZTV changes fairly frequently; Zenith owned the project between issues 4-7 before passing the mantle on, with the more recent project leaders being MadTom, Commodore, and now bitbot.
