Team Go-Kart is under attack from committee! Keep as many stars in play with your mouse paddle as possible! Defeat your previous scores and use the evidence to prove the contract fraudulent!
A quick and grimy Twine game, possibly inspired by Stygia, Graveyard Quest, Frankenstein's Helper and other classic dig-em-ups.
The simplest designs create the most elegant games. This, I guess, is what makes the mobile game industry tick like it does right now. Could simple mechanics be applied to "real" (as in, games with a big plot and lots of content and some bigger meaning and whatnot) games to make them successful?
-Dice Of Mana has been made. It is a gambling game where 2 opposing wizards try to summon the great Bull Beast by gathering up enough magic. However, too much mana at a time will cause a wiz to black out and lose all gathered magic.
so it IS the 5th

I've updated my game Bedtime Adventure! Changes include:
-Four more things to do before going to bed!
-Expanded alpaca content!
-A new title screen, drawn by me, that doesn't have the title cut off by the menu! (Because I forgot to draw it, whoops.)
-A couple more things in the room, mostly to help with blocking
-Advertised 5-10 minute playtime now more accurate than generous
-Changed a bit of Larry's speech to more accurately reflect the true meaning of art
-And other miscellaneous tweaks.
Please let me know if there are any issues, or you just hate the new changes, or whatever.

I just re-discovered this game on my hard drive. I made it back when I was first learning how to program.
Here's some text that was written as a comment in the code:
"This program entails a complex simulation of world society as it will exist during and after an event known as the Great Fecal Disturbance, projected to take place in the late 21st century in accordance with statistical modeling using data gathered from public records dating as far back as 1837. It is not meant as an absolute prediction but only as a representation of one possible outcome should our current, flawed, fecal distribution practices remain unchanged."
Yeah.. I don't know either.
This is a week late, but whatever! Copied and pasted from the last Knytt of the Month:
Make a Knytt Stories level in 2 hours! Alternatively, make something else in 2 hours. It's up to you, really.
Don't know what Knytt Stories is? No problem! Download it here, and give the tutorial and bundled level a spin to get a feel for how it plays. The editor comes with the game. A good way to learn how to use it is to poke around existing levels to see how they work. This guide is also a good way to learn the basics. And don't forget to check out the Knytt Stories Recommended Reading List for some inspiring Knyttery!
Join us on IRC for more fun and good times. You can use the in-browser chat here, or you can point your favorite IRC client to #glorioustrainwrecks on irc.freenode.net.
Upload your level here when it's done!

Sorry I haven't been active much on the site, I think over the year I poured most of my Trainwreck mojo into making the 25 toys and games of my annual html5 advent calendar... each is made w/o external graphics, just drawing shapes, and you can see the whole Processing.js source code as one file .
Also each thing is relatively touchscreen friendly... at least for iOS.
So I found out NASA was hosting a game jam near me, ON MY BIRTHDAY, and I was like OMG that's perfect and cancelled all my plans for that weekend. Except I wasn't paying attention and didn't realize you had get a ticket to the jam. By the time I realized this they were full. Oops. So I am organizing what I am calling the…
On March 9, 2013. If you want to participate, just make a game that day and submit using this form (if you select "Created For: Kicked Out Of NASA" it will appear below this announcement).
Since the idea of the jam is that we are everyone who couldn't get into the NASA jam, your recommended themes are:
Or whatever. My game is going to be about rainbows.
