Guys, this is just to let you know I did something for Ludum Dare 28.
This is a two-players (seated) game about submarines chases, invisible underwater mines and sonar detection.
YOU ONLY GET ONE EARSET FOR TWO so you have to share it.
(each player only get one earphone).
An important doctor has left to get milk. He entrusts you with his gewgaw machine. You shouldn't create gewgaws, but you do anyway, you kitten-huffing scumbag.
Created for mkapolk, who requested " little playground full of gewgaws that you can doink around and they'll buzz and sputz and interact with each other." Merry Klikmas, I hope you like it!
Everything is done with the mouse. Esc quits.
Playable in your browser or (fullscreen) on your Windows desktop.
Room count: 56
Starting powers: Run, Climb, Double Jump, High Jump
Obtainable powers: Eye, Hologram
Collectibles (please retain these): Purple Key, Red Artifact 2, Blue Artifact 1
My contribution to the collab. It features a combination of exploration and challenge segments. There's also a hallway intended to connect to someone else's area. Currently it just kills you if you try to go through it.
The Compress function in the editor crashes on Wine, someone please generate a .knytt.bin for me!
You take the role of the famous toy soldier, Roy, and your job: survival. Dodge this very small toy factory fire, and you'll do fine. Points go up, and lives go down. Use mouse for maximum control.
Multi-pack of several amazing games:
"Rotater" - an interactive poem on the politics of potatoes.
"They Will Find You" - title pretty much sums it up.
"Tosser" - are you one? This game will help you answer the question.
"Find Them" - a cheeky decon-recon switch of "They Will Find You".
Awesome pirate adventure. Collect gold for gains!
Do you remember when piracy was analogue? I sure do...
Music shamelessly nicked of the internet, yarrrr! Made in Construct.
OK, it's about time I released this stuff!
KNPUtil is a collection of 3 utilities for fiddling with Klik & Play games:
KNPExtract and KNPGen have been released before. This release brings much improved image loading times to both tools, as well as support for 16-bit images. KNPExtract also now can generate animated GIFs from animations, extract sounds and music, and provide meaningful filenames to everything it extracts.
Detailed usage instructions are in the readme. The tools are all designed to do something cool if you drag Klik & Play games onto the EXEs from Windows, but KNPMangle especially rewards a deeper understanding of its commandline options.
If you're getting error messages when you try to run the EXE, you may need to install the Visual C++ 2008 Runtime from Microsoft.
Enjoy!

Used KNPMangler to splice together two of my previous Pirate Kart entries.
No really playable, but wow.
I guess I should write something here. My name is Brad. I live in Sacramento. I have been lightly involved in game design (MUDs, specifically) for years, and now that it's relatively easy to make casual games, I will finally try. This contest seems like a great sounding board.
Games I like: Myst + Riven, Mario 3 + 64 + World, VVVVVV, Minecraft, Charles Barkley, Shut Up And Jam: Gaiden, Gameboy Tetris, Eversion, Megaman 2, NES Ninja Gaiden 1, Katamari Damacy, Daphaknee Needs To Poop, and Troubled Souls for the Mac.
Click. Grim game. Yes im back on the railroad track.
