An abstract shmup i originally made for a LD48 , but added 24h more into it and overhauled a bunch of gameplay. Most of the time was spent on working out the gameplay and pacing.
Eventually a single hit from an evil red triangle will kill you (they do more damage the longer the game plays), so stockpiling energy early on and good timing of 'Time Slow' and 'Teleport' will keep you alive longer as well as boost the score multiplier.
Instructions are onscreen.

Ever played one of those unforgiving Spectrum/BBC Micro games with its unwieldy controls, lack of instructions and harsh five life restrictions? Well this game is like a bad version of that. This is my first ever submission, in fact it's my first ever complete game. Please don't go easy on me! Music by Boxheadreplica, used with permission.

This is inspired primarily by Ciel Gris, and secondarily by a number of shmups from the past, such as: Garden of Coloured Lights, White Butterfly, Guxt, Gradius Gaiden, Nitty Gritty, ESP Ra.De., Clean Asia and G-Type. And there's some Finderseek and Super Crate Box influence as well.

There's a Windows version, but if you're on another system you can play the HTML5 port which is rendered a tad blurry on most browsers.
spent the better part of the past week porting bulletml to lua. And then I made this horrible game with it in a few minutes. There are no win screens. Or lose screens.

This is loosely inspired by Claude Shannon's "Ultimate Machine", but is a little bit different. It's also inspired by Retro Sabotage.
