This is my first KOTM entry. Made it in GameMaker Studio, and it's the first time I'm using Game Maker.

I didn't really have an idea when the jam started, so the game's not very impressive. Your goal is to pick up the green things and avoid the red things. You can change your size with the WASD keys and move around with arrow keys. If you want to try again, close the game and run it again.

Also I'm sorry about the music.

hey MS, sorry for the slow response. I've been crawling through a somewhat scrambled backup of mnet, saved right before the big crash! Remember that? The new 'nets are so much better.. nad yeah so, I'm hoping to preserve as much of the platform as possible. people sure liked to talk a lot on it! can you imagine if I just let this stuff rot, like the mnet founders did?

anyways, I came across the title of a game for the MunsterBox I don't think you've ever featured on your site! I figured you'd be interested, so I retrieved everything I could that mentions it, which unfortunately amount to just three posts. and some of the data is corrupted, blah, of course. btut I'll let you know if anything more happens to turn up!

A flickgame adaptation of The Abandoned Sandal. Apologies to terrytheplatypus for the numerous scenes omitted due to space constraints (but hopefully you're down with me making this in the first place).

I used hugs' mod to dither a few of the later frames (but the first two frames were hand-dithered, horrifyingly enough). I also experimented with an alternative colour palette, but ultimately decided against this. When I put forward the idea to fellow flickgamer Matthew Gatland, he suggested it might not be a flickgame any more if I changed the palette, which concerned me more than it should have.

House Runner 2 coming at some point or another, mainly when I get the main story set out and also when I figure out how to correctly do some spriting for the game (cos it's gonna be all 100% original graphix n shit)

2018 Extra Notes: First off: EPILEPSY WARNING. House Runner 2 never happened I doubt it will haha. Anyway, this game holds a very special place in my heart. It's very short, very sweet, and this very fun and excited adventure involving Mr Pickens doing a bit of a run to his house. Not much more to say than that!
